Our repro studio has a fully automated CTP system. CTP completely eliminates the need for films, and allows printing plates to be produced straight from computer images, thus improving print quality. The fact that we no longer use films is also a major benefit to the environment. Processing your artwork using CTP technology means that we can handle digital files quickly and efficiently, further improving the speed of response we offer you.
It is very important to suppy your digital files as specified in the Febelgra Standards.

- where the image bleeds, allow at least 2mm larger than the envelope size
- 300 dpi resolution
- for print on both sides, supply one pdf with two seperate pages
- 4 colour process in CMYK, not RGB
